WWE 2K16: My Beautiful Recreation Of Kalisto; WWE Smackdown July 7th

You know what? I think I’m going to start sharing my WWE 2K creations more. But the thing is I usually build off of someone else’s genius creation and perfect it, this time I got inspired to do my own from scratch.

Did you see Kalisto’s new get-up on that episode? It was Lit!

At the WWE Smackdown July 7th taping, in his match against The Miz, (The current WWE Intercontinental Champion) Kalisto came out in this color scheme and jacket that I really digged. I immediately said “I want that!” So I do what I always normally do — go to community creations to get the download, where else? 🙂  To no avail  though, no one took it upon themselves to make this CAW? (Create-A-Superstar) Why? ‘Cause he ain’t John Cena? Shame on you.

So  instead of accepting that, I said “You know what? I think I could do it myself,  I’m going to do it!”. Hopefully it’s just involves changing the colors and I could get this done in no time. I knew the challenge and biggest obstacle would come however with recreating the jacket he came out in his entrance with.

So for the most part it was indeed set up for me to just change the color scheme, but it wasn’t all a easy ride, there was still a considerable amount of work I had to put in as well. Like adding more details to the mask  (where the color scheme didn’t fit) the kick pads, the shoes and as I mentioned earlier the jacket. I’m darn proud of that  jacket even if you only get to enjoy it a few short seconds during his entrance.

What bothers me though is the darn arm sleeves, since I’m such a stickler for details I’m mad I couldn’t change the arm sleeves (due to the game’s limitations) as you’ll see in the pic below, he even has the ‘Cesaro like’ finger tape but I’ll live.

Who would’ve thought? I actually feel a renewed vigor for Kalisto now, I think I’m inspired to have him chase the Intercontinental Title in my WWE universe. I guess it’s true what they say: “You look good you play good” lmbooo.
