Syphon Filter 4: First a hint then a leak now a confirmation?

First a hint from Official PlayStation Magazine (Italy) then an accidental leak from Sony’s official US Blog site now could it be an actual confirmation?

As reported by  sillegamer.com the August 2011 edition of Official PlayStation Magazine (Italy), hinted at the existence of Syphon Filter 4, slated to be released in the fourth quarter of 2012. Then reports came out that Sony accidentally leaked information regarding the game, only later to be taken down, but not before websites were able get there hands on it and post detailed information.

Syphon Filter is rumored to be a full blown sequel to Syphon Filter: Logan’s Shadow (on the PSP) and is allegedly in development at SCE London Studio — also rumored to be using a ‘visually advanced engine’.  Being developed at SCE also means that this game will be exclusive to the PS3.

This game with PS3’s  technology could be mind blowing. So who remembers this game? . CCU wants to hear from you.
