Gears of War 3 campaign DLC– no Delta Squad

Gears of War 3 fresh off the presses and already Epic talks up their DLC plans.

Shacknews reports that The game’s “Season Pass” tells us to expect at least four expansions–one of which will be campaign DLC.

Cliff Bleszinski described the expansion, saying that Grand Theft Auto IV expansions “Lost and the Damned” and “Gay Tony” serve as inspirations for the add-ons. “You’re not going to see Marcus or Dom or Cole in it. I believe that DLC should be unique and cool.”

So what’s suppose to be truly and end to a trilogy– not the Gears Franchise but the story, the DLC will not feature appearances from the Delta Squad.
