Atlus is bold. This will probably be the first thought when you simply look at the cover art for Catherine. The team known for their work on the Persona series has moved onto the HD realm, and it’s a bigger deal then you might think. Does Atlus’ console vision shine like an everlasting love, or should you avoid it like a crazed ex? One thing is for sure…you’ve NEVER seen anything like this before.

Nintendo announced a price cut of the 3DS from $249.99 to $169.99 in the U.S. effective August 12, 2011.
Japan will see a price cut from 25,000 yet to 15,000 yen on August 11. Australians will see a cut from AU$349.95 down to AU$250 on August 12. Pricing for Europe has not been announced.

After a lot of speculation regarding the fourth DLC character for Mortal Kombat, Comic-Con has given us the answer…and it’s insane.
Introducing Freddy Krueger, he seems to focus on quick attacks with his legendary claws as a fighting style. He’ll cost the same as previous characters, which were $5. Are you surprised? Disappointed? Let us know! Personally, I think it’s a neat idea, but I’m not exactly sure it was the right one.

Let’s face it…this generation is full of fanboys from all sides. Fanboys usually are people who only own one system and/or talk trash about a system without knowing the facts. For example, DS fanboys said the PSP had no good games, while PSP fanboys said that the DS was only for children. We all know both of these are false, but this is the result of bias and ignorance.

The portable has dual touch pads, dual cameras, an OLED screen, GPS, six-axis motion sensors and a three-axis electronic compass. The portable’s model number is PCH-1000; the current gen PSP’s is PSP-3000.
